Subway Line 8 (Olympic Line)

The Subway Line 8 will be opened in July 2008 and spans a length of 4km north to south. The line gives direct access to the Olympic Green and is connected to the rest of the subway grid via an interchange station with line 10.

Senlin Gongyuan - Hockey Field, Archery Field and Tennis Center (to the Northwest, not on this map)

Aolinpike Gongyuan - Artistic Gymnastics/Trampolines/Handball Stadium and Fencing Gymnasium

Aotizhongxin - Athletics/Opening Ceremony/Closing Ceremony Stadium and Swimming/Diving/Water Polo/Synchronized Swimming Aquatics Center

Xiongmaohuandao subway station - Interchange station with the #10 subway line, Handball Gymnasium, Water Polo, Modern Pentathlon (swimming) Natatorium and Football, Modern Pentathlon Stadium
